Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship
Clarks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes that the Carrier
violated the current agreement.
1. When on Fcbruary
25, 1957
after an investigation held on
February
12, 1957
they dismissed, without just cause, Employe Donald H.
Roettger, Freight Handler, Eighth Street Freight Station, St. Paul, hinnesota.
2.
That Donald H, Roettger be reinstated to service as Freight
Handler with seniority rights unimpaired and compensated for February
25,
1957
and for each and every day thereafter, at the straight time rate, that his
seniority would allow him to work,
FINDINGS: This Special Board of Adjustment upon the whole record and all the
evidenco, finds that:
The record in this case shows no violation of tho Agreement by the
Carrier, and the evidence is not sufficient to justify this Board in reversing
the action taken by the Carrier.
