STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that,
(a) Carrier violated Article II, Section 3 of the National
Agreement o_° August 21,
1954
when they failed to grant holiday
pay tc employes (furloughed employee) who shape out and worked
continuously prior and after the holidays, i.e.., Decoration Day,
Fourth of July, Labor Day and subsequent holidays, and
(b) That employes Richard
Anderson, P,
Zientak, Norman Mosby,
T. Brown, C. Terranova and other affected employes be paid one
days pay each or average
incentive or
tonnage earnings, as
the individual case may be, for the holidays mentioned in this
claim.
FINDINGS
Claim withdrawn by the Employes.
