Group 1 ORT Claim No. 25-27-22 is on behalf o£ J. J. Jousan, Granger, Texas for a "call" (three hours' pro rata) for October 5, 1957, on which date the Carrier failed to utilize claimant, pursuant to Rule 1 (e), who was available, to deliver train orders at Granger which were addressed to Train No. 72.

FINDINGS:



For the same reasons stated in Award No. 3, we find that the Carrier violated its "call" rule, Rule L. (e).
