Group 1 ORT Claim No. 25-27-22 is on behalf o£ J. J. Jousan, Granger, Texas
for a "call" (three hours' pro rata) for October 5, 1957, on which date the Carrier failed to utilize claimant, pursuant to Rule 1 (e), who was available, to
deliver train orders at Granger which were addressed to Train No. 72.
FINDINGS:
The facts are almost identical to the facts stated in Award No. 3.
For the same reasons stated in Award No. 3, we find that the Carrier violated
its "call" rule, Rule L. (e).
AWARD:
Claim sustained.
