STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
"Claim in favor of C. F. Howe, for 20 hours pay less the amounts paid on
December 25, 1957 and January 1, 1958 and on a continuing basis while
he was assigned as Clerk-Operator, Dansville, New York and his position
was abolished on the dates in question."
OPINION OF BOARD:
This claim must be sustained to the extent 8 hours pay at pro rata rate, in
addition to holiday pay received, for each holiday on which claimant's seven day
position was blanked.
