STATEMENT OF CLAIM

Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on The Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad, that:





OPINION OF BOARD :

The contention in this claim is that Carrier violated the Agreement by failing to confine Cycle Relief Position 2-A on the "WF" Office, Binghamton Passenger Station, and scheduling the occupant of said position to also perform relief service at the East Binghamton Yard Office during his five-day work week. Because of this alleged contract violation, 'it is requested that Carrier be directed to pay the incumbent of Relief Position 2-A the above-specified travel tine plus travel expense.
