vs.

ERIE LkCKiiWA= R11I1ROILD COMPANY

The Organization requests the Special Board to determine the merits of the above-nwnbered claims.

OPINION O' THE BOGRD:

On various dates during the years 1959 through 1963 the above-numbered claims were denied by the Carriers highest officer designated to handle appeals. While the appropriate Organization representative advised the Carrier of an intention to include these claims in a supplemental list to be submitted to the Special Board., said claims have never been appealed to this Board by inclusion on a supplemental list or othorwleo. Neverthelessj, at this late date., and over the Carrier's objeotiona the Organization requests the Board to determine the merits of these, claims.
The Board is compelled to hold that under the gov

time limit provisions, all of these claims are barred. . ,t '° ~
