The Organization requests the Special Board to determine
the merits of the above-nwnbered claims.
OPINION O' THE BOGRD:
On various dates during the years
1959
through
1963
the
above-numbered claims were denied by the Carriers highest officer designated to handle appeals. While the appropriate Organization representative advised the Carrier of an intention to include these claims in a
supplemental list to be submitted to the Special Board., said claims have
never been appealed to this Board by inclusion on a supplemental list or
othorwleo. Neverthelessj, at this late date., and over the Carrier's objeotiona the Organization requests the Board to determine the merits of these,
claims.
The Board is compelled to hold that under the gov
time limit provisions, all of these claims are barred. . ,t '° ~
