OF CLAIM : Claim of the Committee that:

1. Claim of Traclmnen J. B. Holden, C. Gilbert,

C. Dishmon and R. L. Cox for loss of all wages from.August 4, 1978 and continuing until reinstated to service with seniority, pass and vacation rights unimpaired because Carrier improperly dismissed them for stealing company property.

FINDINGS : The evidence adduced at the investigation supports the
charges against the claimant and the offense committed
is generally regarded as cause for dismissal from service.

AWARD : Claim denied.
