STATEMENT
OF CLAIM: Claim of the Committee that:
1. Claim of Trackman Torrence Davis for loss of all
wages from July
6, 1978,
and continuing until
reinstated to service with seniority and vacation rights
unimpaired, because Carrier improperly dismissed him for
failing to comply with instructions and striking the
Roadmaster as well.
FINDINGS: The evidence adduced at the investigation supports the charge
against the claimant and the offense committed is generally
accepted to be proper cause for dismissal.
AWARD: Claim denied.
