pay each work day and holiday beginning

23, 1978,
and continuing until reinstated to
service with seniority and vacation rights unimpaired
because Carrier improperly dismissed him for failing
to comply with instructions in violation of Item
5
of
Conditions of Employment.
FINDINGS
: There was evidence adduced at the investigation to support
the charge against the claimant and dismissal is not too-
severe for the offense committed considering claimant's relatively short
service.
AWARD:
Claim denied.
