STATEMENT
OF CLAIM : Claim of the Committee that:

1. Claim of Machine Operator R. G. Simmons for eight

hours pay each work day and holiday beg inning May 5, 19782 and continuing until reinstated to service with seniority., pass and vacation rights unimpairedy because Carrier improperly dismissed claimant for falsification of his time roll.

FINDINGS : Evidence was adduced at the investigation to support the
charge against the claimant and dismissal is an appropriate
penalty for the offense committed, particularly in consideration of his prior
disciplinary record.

AWARD : Claim denied.
