MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD CCMPANY
 STATEMENT
 OF CLAIM: Claim of the members of Track Gang No. 5157,
 Kansas City Terminal, for eight hours pay at
 their straight time rate for each Monday and
 Tuesday, as well as the difference between their
 straight time rate and their time and one-half
 rate for each Saturday and Sunday beginning
 February 1, 1978, and continuing until their
 positions are returned to a Monday through
 Friday work week, because Carrier violated the
 Forty Hour Work Week Agreement, when their work
 week was changed to Wednesday through Sunday with
 Monday and Tuesday rest days.
 FINDINGS: It appears that this claim is now withdrawn.
 AWARD: Claim dismissed.
