MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
STATEMENT
OF CLAIM: Claim of the Committee that:
1. Carrier violated the effective Agreement when
Trackman C. L. Mann was unjustly dismissed on
January 18, 1980, without a fair and impartial investigation.
2. Claimant Mann shall now be paid for eight hours
each work day and holiday, at the straight time rate
of pay for tradanen, and all other time lost account
of dismissal, to begin on January 18, 1980, and to
continue until such time as he is returned to service
with his seniority rights and vacation privileges
restored, unimpaired.
FINDINGS: Credible evidence was adduced at the investigation to
support the charge against the claimant so we are constrained to deny the claim.
AWARD: Claim denied.
