1981, because Trackman R. W. Nichols, a junior
man, perfoaned service on the Louisiana Division
during the period when Trackman W. Fair, Jr.,
was available.
2. Claimant shall now be allowed eight hours for
each work day and for overtime wark performed
by the junior tracknan beginning January 3,
1381, and continutizxg until the claimant is permitted to work.
FINDINGS: It appears that claimant had no seniority rights
an the Louisiana Division so there is no valid
basis for his claim.
