 dismissed for allegedly failing to protect his
 assignment on.Garxg No. 5801, September 9, 1981.

            2. Claimant shall be allowed pay for all time lost beginniW November 13, 1981, until reinstated to service.


FIND=: Claimant did not appear at the investigation
 although it was adjourned several times to per
 mit the organization to contact him and evidence
 was adduced to support the charge so the claim .
 is without merit.
 AYMRD: Claim denied.
