MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
 STATEMENT
 OF CLAIM: (1) Carrier violated the agreement on May 26, 1981
 when B&B Helper C. H. Taylor, Northern Division,
          was dismissed following investigation on May 26,

          1981 in connection with the allegation of his involve

          ment in the theft of company gasoline April 29 and

          May 14, 1981.


          (2) Claimant shall now be returned to service with

          seniority and all other rights unimpaired and

          paid for all time lost beginning June 9, 1981.


          FINDINGS: Evidence was adduced at the investigation to support the charge, so this claim cannot be sustained.


AWARD: Claim denied.
