MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
STATEMENT
OF CLAIM: (1) Carrier .violated the agreement following
investigation on September 9, 1981 with
Trackman R. J. Hicks, Northern Division, for
his allegedly being absent without authority
from his assignment August 27, 31, September 1
and 3, 1981, while working as trackman on Gang
5010 near Pleasant Hill, Missouri, and a
review of his personal record file.
(2) Carrier shall now reinstate Trackman R. J.
Hicks to service with seniority and all
rights unimpaired with pay for time lost beginning October 2, 1981.
FINDINGS: Evidence was adduced at the investigation to
support the charge so the claim cannot be
sustained.
AWARD: Claim denied.
