MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
STATE
OF CLAIM: (1) Carrier violated the agreement on December
3, 1981 following investigation conducted

with Trackman J. W. Deloney, Little Rock, Arkansas

in connection with his allegedly absenting himself

from his assignment at the Panel Rail Plant, North

Little Rock, without authority on November 9, 10,

12, 13, 17, 18, 20 and 23, 1981.

(2) Carrier shall now return Trackman Deloney to

service with seniority and all other rights unimpaired with pay for time lost beginning December 18, 1981.

FINDINGS: Evidence was adduced at the investigation to support the charge so the claim cannot be sustained.

AWARD: Claim denied.
