STATEMENT
OF CLAIM:
Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
(1) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by
failing to assign B&B employee to the remodeling
of material bins in the store room at Palestine, Texas,
on August 13, 14,
15, 1957.
(2)
B&B Carpenter L. M. Mitchell be compensated eight

hours' pay at his respective pro rata rate for
each of the dates involved in this claim account of this
violation of the Agreement.
FINDINGS
: Disposition of this claim is governed by Award No. 1 of this
Board.

: Claim denied.
