"1) Carrier violated the agreement on August 20, 1983, when Track Foreman L. Jackson, Kingsville Division, was dismissed for allegedly being absent without authority on July 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, and 12, 1983.

2) Claimant shall now be returned to service with all rights 'tmUMpalred and paid for all time lost beginning August 20, 1983."

FINDINGS: The evidence adduced at the investigation supported the charge and considering the nature of the offense and claimant's prior warning thereon and the record of discipline we find this claim without merit.
