STATEMENT
OF CLAIM: "1. Carrier violated the Agreement June
7, 1982,
when Track Foreman D. D. Christian, Kansas Division,
was dismissed for allegedly being on-duty under the
influence of intoxicants.
"2.
Claimant shall now be returned to service with
all rights unimpaired and paid for all time lost
beginning June
7, 1982."
FINDINGS: Evidence was adduced at the investigation to support
the charges, so this claim is not sustainable.
AWARD: Claim denied.
