    Statement of claim:


          (1) "On August 9, 1985, a search was conducted of the outfit cars assigned to Tie Gang 5850 located at Nashville, Arkansas. The search was conducted while the men who were staying in the outfit cars were working and not present. The employes have the basic right of privacy, even though the outfit cars are owned and furnished by the carrier. Unlawful searches and seizures are a violation of the Fourth Amendment.


          (2) Carrier must show reasonable cause for the search."


      The Board has jurisdiction of this case.


This case was previously settled by the parties and withdrawn from before the Board.

Award: Claim dismissed.
