STATEMENT OF Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
CLAIM:
(1) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing
to assign B&B employee to the painting of material bins
in the store room at Palestine, Texas, on September 26,
27, 30
and October 1,
1957.
(2) B&B Carpenter L. M. Mitchell be compensated eight (8)
hours' pay at his respective pro rata rate for each of
the dates involved in this claim account of the violation of the Agreement.
FINDINGS
: Disposition of this claim is governed by Award No. 1 of this
Board.
AWARD
: Claim denied.
