"Your reporting for work under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, when working as a trackman on Gang 3533 at Prairie Du Rocher, IL."

was found to be culpable. He was dismissed from service as discipline therefore.

The Claimant was accorded the due process to which entitled under Rule 12.

There was sufficient competent and probative evidence adduced to support the Carrier's conclusion of culpability.
