 Statement
 of Claim: (1) Carrier violated the Agreement, especially Rule 12,
 when J. X. Munoz was given a letter of counsel.

        (2) Claim in behalf of Mr. Munoz for removal of said letter from his personal record.

Findings: The Board has jurisdiction of this dispute by reason
 of the Parties Agreement establishing this Board therefor.
 The parties having resolved this dispute prior to our
 hearing requested its withdrawal.
 Request granted.
 Award: Case dismissed.
