STATEMENT
OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
(1) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing to
call Trackman Phillip Bell, Dupo, Illinois, for service on
February

28, 1960,
for a total of 15 man hours.
(2)
Trackman Phillip Bell be now compensated at the time and
one-half rate for the amount of time worked by his junior
commencing at 11:00 p.m. February
27
to
2:00
p.m. February
28, 1960,
account of this violation of Bell's seniority
rights.
FINDINGS: Disposition of this claim is governed by our award in Case No.
89.
Claim is made for 15 hours but it appears that the maximum time worked
by a junior man was

hours, so the claim is valid only for

hours at pro rata.
