 STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

 "Claim of S. L. Foster for difference between section laborer rate and hourly rate of maintenance of way helper while acting as truck driver beginning on and subsequent to February 10, 1958."

 FINDINGS:

 For the reasons advanced in Award No. 14, Case No. 17, this claim is hereby denied.

 AWARD:

    Claim denied.
