      STATEMENT OF CLAIM:


              "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:


      "1. The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing to call furloughed Water Service Mechanic James Boshers and furloughed Helper L. D. Chism for the performance of repairs to a water main at Illmo, Missouri, on or about January 3, 1959.


      "2. That Claimants Water Service Mechanic James Boshers and Helper L. D. Chism be now compensated 8 hours each at their pro rata rate for the work performed by other parties at Illmo, Missouri, on or about January 3, 1959."


              FINDINGS: This case has been settled by agreement of the parties and withdrawn from consideration by this Board as shown by Exhibit A attached.


      AWARD: Case dismissed.
