FINDINGS:

That the Carrier now reimburse Welder Frank Dooms for his necessary expenses amounting to $2.00 for electrical lighting in his outfit car and $31.52 for mileage incurred in the use of his private automobile travelling between his headquarters point and the location of work.

Upon the whole record and all the evidence, after hearing, the
