SSA TEMENT OF CIAIM:
Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
1. The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing to
reimburse Welder Helper B. W. Austin for certain expenses
incurred by him while away from his permanent headquarters
during the month of February
1960.
2. Welder Helper B. W. Austin be now reimbursed in the amount of
$23.68 for the use of his privately owned automobile in company
business and $2.00 for expenses for electric lighting for his
outfit car during the same period.
FINDINGS:
Upon the whole record and all the evidence, after hearing, the Board finds
that the parties herein are carrier and employee within the meaning of the Railway
Labor Act, as amended, and that this Board is duly constituted by agreement and
has jurisdiction of the parties and of the subject matter.
Under the circumstances appearing in the record in this case, the claim will
be sustained for the return trip of the claimant on February
26, 1960.

Claim sustained in accordance with the Opinion.
