STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
1. The Carrier violated the effective agreement by failing to reimburse Welder J. S. Crow for actual necessary expense incurred by him while working away from his headquarters during the months of March and April, 1960.

2. The Carrier now reimburse Welder J. S. Crow for the automobile mileage expense reported by him on the Carriers Form No. 3773 for a period in March and April, 1960, totaling $25.62.

FINDINGS:
Upon the whole record and all the evidence, after hearing, the Board finds that the parties herein are carrier and employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, and that this Board is duly constituted by agreement and has jurisdiction of the parties and of the subject matter.

For the reasons advanced in Case No. 46 which resulted in Award No. 46, this claim will be denied.

AWARD: Claim denied.
