 STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

 1. The Carrier violated Article V of the August 19, 1960 Agreement, especially Section 1(b), when it failed and refused to pay three months hospital dues in the amount of $7.58 a month for furloughed Bridgeman R. H. Aldridge.

 2. The Carrier shall be required to pay the St. Louis Southwestern Railway Lines Hospital Trust the amount of $22.74, three months hospital dues for Mr. Aldridge,beginning July 1, 1962.

 FINDINGS:

 Upon the whole record and all the evidence, after hearing, the Board finds that the parties herein are Carrier and employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, and that this Board is duly constituted by agreement and has jurisdiction of the parties, and of the subject matter.

      By agreement o£ the parties, this claim is dismissed.
