STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

    Claim that the Carrier violated the agreement when on or about

    June 10, 1960, it assigned or otherwise permitted a Contractor to

    drive fender piling and pile cluster on the South Side of Pier 27,

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. OPINION OF BOARD:
 The Organization has advised the Board that the above claim has been satisfactorily disposed of in further discussion with the Carrier and requests that said claim be dismissed from the Board's docket. The Carrier concurs in this request. AWARD
    Claim dismissed.
