STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
Claim that the Carrier violated the agreement when starting
on August 12, 1960, and continuing thereafter for a number of
days it assigned or otherwise permitted a Contractor to cut bottom
and top chocks on Pier No. 14, and drive a number of steel beam
pilings, at Pier 14, Port Richmond, Philadelphia.
OPINION OF BOARD:
The Organization has advised the Board that the above claim has been
satisfactorily disposed of in further discussion with the Carrier and requests
that said claim be dismissed from the Board's docket. The Carrier concurs
in this request.
