STATEMENT OF CIAIM:
Claim that the Carrier violated the agreement when starting on
December
23, 1960,
and continuing thereafter for a number of days
it assigned a Contractor, Brennaman and Co., to pull broken piling
on the corner of the float slip at Linden St., Camden,
N.
J. and
drive new piling.
OPINION OF BQAIO:
The Organization has advised the Board that the above claim has been
satisfactorily disposed of in further discussion with the Carrier and requests
that said claim be dismissed from the Board's docket. The Carrier concurs in
this request.
