Award No. 29 Case No. 29 STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

 Claim that the Carrier violated the agreement when between November 21, to November 30v 1960, it assigned or otherwise permitted a contractor, Brenneman and Co., to erect a protective Structure around intake pipe located between Piers 12 and 14 along Shore Road, Port Richmond, Philadelphia. OPINION OF BOARD The Organization has advised the Board that the above claim has been satisfactorily disposed of in further discussion with the Carrier and requests that said claim be dismissed from the Board's docket. The Carrier concurs in this request. AWARD: Claim dismissed.
