section laborer, at pro rata rate of pay for the hours from

That he now be paid the difference between straight time and time and
one-half for all hours worked on Friday and Saturday, February

and
4,
1961.
OPINION OF BOARD
The evidence discloses that the claimant was serving as a relief employee in
the track gang at Edgemont Street and therefore was entitled to be paid on the same
basis as regular members of the gang. The rate of pay requested in the claim for
work performed on the involved dates is that which claimant would have received as
a regular member of the gang. The claim must be sustained.
