STATEMENT "Claim of System Committee that:
 OF CIAINI:
 1. The carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing to issue an annual pass to Trackman John Putnick for his use in traveling between Philadelphia, his home station, and Wissahickon, his work headquarters.

 2. Traekman John Putnick be now reimbursed for all travel expense incurred while traveling between his home station and his place of work during the period beginning August 6, 1961 and continuing until he is furnished an annual pass."

 OPINION OF BOARD:

 This case raises the same question that is involved in Award No. 39 of this Board and our conclusion is the same.

 AWARD: Claim denied.
