STATE.' OF CLAIM:
1. The Carrier violated the effective Agreement when, at the close of
work on August
30, 1963,
it laid off Wharfbuilders (Carpenters)
Joseph Nelson, John Kuropatwa and Aleksas Leonavicius.
2.
The three Wharfbuilders named in Part 1 of this claim be now
paid for all wages lost by them starting with August
31, 1963
and continuing until this violation ceases.
OPINION OF BOARD:
None of the three named claimants was part ..P the work force at Port
Richmond on the effective date of the Memorandum of Agreement signed April
5,
1963.
Thus this Memorandum of Agreement, upon which the subject claim relies,
did not apply to subject claimants.
AWARD: Claim denied.
