STATEMENT
OF CLAIM: 
"Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad
 
Telegraphers on the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad that:
 
1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties when on
 
July 11, 1958 and July 18, 1958, it required or permitted
 
employes not covered by the terms of the Agreement to report
 
(OS) trains and to secure permission for trains to occupy main
 
track and report clear of main track in block limit territory
 
at Beacon Falls, Connecticut.
 
2. Carrier shall compensate Mr. H. G. DeRosier, senior available
 
qualified employe the equivalent of eight hours at $2.276 per
 
hour for work denied on June 11, 1958.
 
3. Carrier shall compensate Mr. D. P. Belis, senior available
 
qualified employe the equivalent of eight hours at the rate of
 
$2.276 per hour for work denied June 18, 1958.
 
4. Carrier shall compensate the senior idle and available
 
telegrapher, extra in preference, eight hours at the rate of
 
$2.276 per hour for each day, commencing July 30, 1958 that
 
employes not covered by the terms of the Telegraphers' Agree
 
ment perform duties covered by said Agreement at Beacon Fails
 
and continuing until the violation is corrected."
FINDINGS:  
This claim is identical in principle to that involved in Case
 
No. 10 and our award therein governs the disposition of this case.
