a
and
The Pennsylvania Railroad Company
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the Order of Railroad Telegraphers that
the Agreement was violated when General Foreman
White, was called to perform Agent's service at Red Key, Indiana on
May 19, 1953. Agent J. C. Snyder is entitled to be paid a call and
overtime for any work performed by General Foreman White that should
have been taken care of by the Agent having jurisdiction over Red Key,
Indiana." (Columbus Division Case No. 105-A - System Docket No. 220)
FINDINGS: Despite Organization's claim to the contrary the Carrier
states emphatically that the Claimant Agent has no jurisdiction over the Nickel
Plate Wye at Red Key.
The only work accruing to the Claimant from the wreck on the New York
Central, and the necessary moves resulting therefrom was performed by him the
next day. This is admitted by the Organization.
AWARD:
Claim denied.
Signed this 10th day of April, 1961.
