vs.
UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
STATEMENT
OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:

"(1) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement when it failed and refused to allow Sectionman Orville R. Brown eight hours straight time pay for May 30, 1957, and July 4, 1957 (holidays).

"(2) Seationman Orville R. Brown now be allowed sixteen (16) hours straight time pay account of the violations referred to in Part (1) of this claim."

FINDINGS : The parties to the above dispute have agreed upon a settlement thereof.

AWARD : Claim dismissed.
