Award No. 103 Case No. None BU-6577-33

AWARD IN DOCKET NO. 103

STATEMENT 1. The Carrier violated Articles 17(a), 18 (d) and 20 (a)
OF CLAIM: of the Telegraphers' Agreement on April 10, 1960,
when it unilaterally abolished the second shift,
Washington (KI) position, and changed the starting
time of the agent-operator's position at Washington,
Indiana from 8:00 A. M. to 9:00 A. M.

There is no question of a violation of Rule 19(a), 17 (a) and 18 (d) .

However, we will sustain the claim only as it relates to Claimant R. G. Potts, and it terminates April 29, 1961 -the date the Agent-Operator position was changed to start in accordance with Rule 19(a).

Request for restoration of the"position and that "a11 other employees adversely affected be compensated for all time 'lost" is denied.
