1. Carrier violated the agreement when it failed to properly
compensate Agent-Operator G. Higgins on January 22, 1960.
2. Carrier shall be required to compensate G. Higgins in the
amounts of one (1) minimum call payment plus $1.00 in
addition to compensation already received for January 22,
1960.
Under the circumstances giving rise to this claim, we believe the
Claimant is entitled to the payment of the one dollar called for in Article 25 (a)
in addition to his regular day as agent-operator for walking from Pine Grove to
Reader to disconnect the "patch" from the telephone circuits.
