1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties when
on March 2, 3, 4 and 9, 1960, it required or permitted
employes at Fairmont, West Virginia, not covered by said
Agreement, to use the telephone to communicate direct
with `the train dispatcher.
2. Carrier shall be required to compensate idle operators
at Fairmont
in
the amount of a day's pay (8 hours) on
each of the dates set forth above.
We will follow our awards in Dockets 34 and 119, among others, and
issue a denial award in this claim.
