AWARD IN DOCKET NO. 127

1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties when on December 23, 1957, it required or permitted an employe not covered by said Agreement to copy a track car lineup directly from the train dispatcher at Bond Hill, Ohio.

2. Carrier shall compensate an idle operator in the amount of a day's pay (8 hours) on December 23, 1957.

Despite the technical points presented by the Carrier in defense, we must conclude there were three operator - QS - positions at Bond Hill (they are so listed in the agreement reprint) and the claim will be sustained,
