STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
1. Carrier violated the agreement between the parties when on June 26,
1958 it required or permitted a train service employe to receive and
copy a train order at Little Falls, W. Va.
2. Carrier shall compensate an idle operator in the amount of a day's pay.
FINDINGS:
Because (a) the train dispatcher had not authorized the train order in question and (b) the conductor of the train involved did not need a train order,
this claim will be denied.
Claim denied.
