STATEMENT 1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties
OF CLAIM: when it required or permitted an employee outside
 
the Agreement at Johnstown, Pennsylvania to use the
 
telephone to transmit messages on January 23, 24, 25,
 
26, 27,-28,-29, 30, 31,-February 1,-2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
 
7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17; 18, 19, 20;
 
21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26; 27; 28; March 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 1962,

2. Carrier shall compensate the occupant of the oper-
 
ator's position at Johnstown in the amount of %, call
' payment on each of the dates set forth above.
r~ FINDINGS: The telephone conversations made subject of this
· claim were initiated by the Yardmaster at Johnstown
r to tell the Chief Dispatcher the number of Diesel
 
units he wanted placed in Train 294 to handle Train
 
88 out of Johnstown the following day. This was in
` formation relating directly to the movement of trains `. `
 
and requires a sustaining Award. .
