 STATEE2GW 1. Carrier violated the agreement between the parties
 or CLAIM: when on May 10 and 11, 1961, it required or permit
 ted others outside the agreement to transmit and/or
 receive messages between Cowen and Grafton, Crest
 Virginia,
 2. Carrier shall compensate two idle operators each
 in the amount of a day's pay (8 hours) on May 10,
 and 11, 1961;

 FINDINGS: Claims covering the same types of conversations
 have already been denied by our Awards in Dockets
 Nos. 119 and 215, A denial Award is required here
 on the claim for May 10, 1961. The other claim
 was withdrawn;
