STATEMENT 1. Carrier violated'the Agreement between the parties
Or CLAIM: when, on July 25, 1961 3.t required or permitted
employees not covered by the Agreement to transmit
and/or receive a message,between Cincinnati, Ohio
and Louisville, Kentucky,
2. Carrier shall compensate Operator T. Babbs, Jra,
in the amount of a days pay (S hours) on July
25, 1961;

FINDINGS: Carrier had two western ownership cars at the If
and IT freight yard in Louisville. A elerL in
Carrierfs Transportation Office at Cincinnati '
telephoned Louisville to direct that the two care
in question be billed to Columbus, Ohio General
Depot for reconwignment to LOS Angeles.
This is similar to the claim disposed of by our
Award No. 229, We will, accordingly, issue a
sustaining Award.
