STATEME-NT 1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties.
OF CLAIM: when it required or permitted the employee not '
covered by the Agreement on .Dune 2, 1962, to trans
mit a message at Glenwood.
2, Carrier will compensate D. S'7. Lloyd in the amount
of a day's pay (_ hours) on June 2, 1962.
FINDINGS: This claim will be sustained because there is no
evidence here of any attempt to handle the message
through the operator at Glenwood.
